    Hey, I'm really new here. I've been wanting to make a ROM hack of pokemon for a really long time now, but I'm not sure where to start. I know basic needs like a ROM to begin with and stuff, but I don't know what programs to use with it. I can probably figure it out pretty quickly, but a little help right now would be awesome.
