You'll need to be a bit more specific about what you mean by 'everything'. I would be happy to give you directions to any of the site's areas and explain a bit about what each of them are for, there's also the interface for posting and replying to others, there's how the profile and flair menus work, and how you can customize them to look nice, plus anything else I may be forgetting.
