Help with choosing good PKMN IVs (2)

    Need help with choosing IVs again ;)

    Same set:
    T-tar
    -Crunch
    -Focus Punch
    -Subsitute
    -Thunderbolt

    The IVs are:
    Impish
    HP 22
    Atk 28
    Def 22
    Sp Atk 28
    Sp Def 25
    Spd 1

    Quiet
    HP 20
    Atk 20
    Def 15
    Sp Atk 25
    Sp Def 27
    Spd 2

    Note: I dont need IVs for Spd because of the Sub + Focus Punch set and T-tar isnt fast anyway.

    Aight, ya talking EVs. ATK and HP. 255. Scrap Crunch and T-bolt for Return (102 power when happy) and Earthquake.

    1. I'm talking about IVs(Invidual Values) not EVs(Effort Values)
    2.This is Tyranboah and is standard set so no need to change it.
    3.You havent answered my Question:
    Which Larvitar should I choose?
