So I've been working with different Pokemon to try on a competitive team and I need help choosing one last Pokemon. I'm not trying to use only Pokemon from a specific tier so am willing to try a Pokemon from any tier. The 5 Pokemon I have so far are:

    Garchomp @ Garchompite
    4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
    Jolly
    Rough Skin
    -Dragon Claw
    -Crunch
    -Fire Fang
    -Earthquake

    Weezing @ Black Sludge
    252 HP / 252 Def / 4 sDef
    Bold
    Levitate
    -Flamethrower
    -Sludge Bomb
    -Toxic Spikes
    -Will-O-Wisp

    Magcargo @ Flame Plate
    248 HP / 8 Def / 252 sDef
    Bold
    Flame Body
    -Recover
    -Toxic
    -Lava Plume
    -Ancient Power

    Mantine @ Leftovers
    244 HP / 128 Def / 136 sDef
    Bold
    Water Absorb
    -Air Slash
    -Scald
    -Rest
    -Sleep Talk

    Rotom (Mow) @ Choice Scarf
    252 sAtk / 4 sDef / 252 Spe
    Modest
    Levitate
    -Trick
    -Volt Switch
    -Thunderbolt
    -Leaf Storm

Any Help is appreciated. I am pretty set on using these 5 Pokemon as they are some of my favorites, however I may change one of them if I must. I would like to have a bulky specially offensive Pokemon that can cover some of my main weaknesses.

You should try replacing Mantine with Jellicent; it's makes better wall, and thanks to its ghost typing, you could switch into it any time you wish and save yourself from being damaged. :] For Garchomp, you should consider adding Swords Dance somewhere in there. With this move, you'd be set for sweeping after only just one move. You should probably replace it with Fire Fang, since it doesn't have much of a base power. Everything else is looking a-OK!

Mega Garchomp is not worth using outside of Sand teams, as Sand Force is useless otherwise. The Speed loss upon Mega Evolution does not help either. Crunch also doesn't give Garchomp noteworthy coverage; a neutral Outrage still outdamages a super effective Crunch:
    -Swords Dance
    -Outrage/Dragon Claw
    -Earthquake
    -Stone Edge/Fire Fang
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Lum Berry

    or
    -Stealth Rock
    -Outrage/Dragon Claw
    -Earthquake
    -Fire Blast/Swords Dance
    Nature: Naive/Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Rocky Helmet/Lum Berry

    or
    -Outrage
    -Earthquake
    -Stone Edge/Rock Slide
    -Fire Blast/Dragon Claw
    Nature: Naive/Naughty/Jolly/Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Scarf

    or
    -Stealth Rock
    -Dragon Tail
    -Earthquake
    -Toxic/Fire Blast
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
    Item: Rocky Helmet
    Ability: Rough Skin

Weezing is outclassed by more useful Poison Pokemon such as Mega Venusaur, Amoonguss, (which posses greater overall bulk), Scolipede (because it's stronger and faster) and Gengar (because it's stronger and faster, while still having some utility behind it):

    Venusaur:
    -Giga Drain
    -Sludge Bomb
    -Sleep Powder/Leech Seed/Earthquake/Knock Off
    -Synthesis
    Nature: Bold/Relaxed
    EVs: 252 HP/240 Def/16 Spe
    Item: Venusaurite

    or
    -Giga Drain
    -Sludge Bomb
    -Hidden Power (Fire)
    -Synthesis/Sleep Powder
    Nature: Modest
    EVs: 232 HP/252 SAtk/4 SDef/20 Spe
    Item: Venusaurite

    Amoonguss:
    -Spore
    -Giga Drain
    -Foul Play/Hidden Power (Fire)/Sludge Bomb
    -Clear Smog/Stun Spore
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
    Item: Black Sludge
    Ability: Regenerator

    Scolipede:
    -Megahorn
    -Spikes
    -Swords Dance
    -Baton Pass/Earthquake/Rock Slide
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Focus Sash
    Ability: Speed Boost

    or
    -Megahorn
    -Poison Jab/Rock Slide
    -Earthquake
    -Protect
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb
    Ability: Speed Boost

    Gengar:
    -Shadow Ball
    -Sludge Bomb
    -Focus Blast/Thunderbolt
    -Destiny Bond
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb

    or
    -Substitute
    -Shadow Ball
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Disable/Sludge Bomb/Focus Blast/Taunt
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 28 HP/148 SAtk/80 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Black Sludge

I'm honestly not fond of Magcargo in an OU setting because of its seriously crippling common weaknesses to Rock, and especially Water and Ground. Heatran or Mega Charizard X are better defensive Fire Pokemon to turn to:

    Heatran:
    -Lava Plume
    -Protect
    -Roar/Toxic/Stealth Rock
    -Toxic/Will-o-Wisp
    Nature: Calm
    EVs: 248 HP/220 SDef/40 Spe
    Item: Leftovers

    Charizard X:
    -Fire Punch/Earthquake
    -Dragon Claw
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Roost
    Nature: Careful
    EVs: 248 HP/148 SDef/112 Spe
    Item: Charizardite X
    Ability: Blaze

Mantine's 4x susceptibility to Electric moves and inability to learn Roost let it down defensively and Skarmory does what it can do better:
    -Whirlwind
    -Roost
    -Spikes/Stealth Rock/Defog
    -Brave Bird/Defog
    Nature: Impish/Bold
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef or 252 HP/16 Def/240 SDef
    Item: Leftovers/Rocky Helmet
    Ability: Sturdy

I'm just putting this out there, but why Mow Rotom? Wash Rotom and even Heat Rotom can do what it can do better.

Sorry for changing most of the team around, but there are times when favorites aren't enough to succeed in competitive battling.

An Air Balloon is probably the better item for Magcargo, to give it at least temporary immunity to Ground attacks, since its 4x weak to that and has a crap ton of weaknesses already. Your set isn't meant to be offensive anyway.

Toxic Spikes is tempting on Weezing, but maybe also consider Haze so people aren't setting up all over you. Also, Weezing needs the power of Fire Blast.

As for your last slot, a hazard setter would be good, but I can't think of a specially attacking one that fits in with your team, though I'm tempted to say that you could use a mixed Tyranitar and keep the Garchompite on Garchomp (though it would need a moveset revision in that case). But idk.

Actually Magcargo and Weezing do have a niche in this team.

Magcargo is probably one of the best counter to Talonflame (huge problem to this team otherwise) in the game and it also checks other misc annoying crap like random fire garbage on sun teams and Mega Mawile. However it wants alot more def evs imo in OU and Stealth Rock/AncientPower/Recover/Wisp or Toxic.

Weezing isnt really outclassed either. It has a nice over mega venu in Toxic Spikes, Wisp and checks Ecadrill and Landorus (again another massive issue otherwise). None of which mega Venu can do. From using it in OU i feel Toxic/T-Spikes/Flamethrower or Fire Blast/Pain Split OR Wisp/Sludge Bomb or Clear Smog/Pain Split/T-Spikes works best.

Jellicent > Mantine. Then you can have SR, T-Spikes and Jellicent and block spin.

    That is all really.

I appreciate all the help and constructive criticism. I have really had a chance to overhaul my team thanks to you guys. I have went with Jellicent over Mantine, and Rotom-Wash over Rotom-Mow. I am trying a choice band Infernape instead of Magcargo at the moment to see how things play out. For my Sixth pokemon I am using a Life Orb Yanmega (shiny) and it is actually pretty good. Like I said in my first post, This team isn't meant to be an all OU team. Just some of my favorite pokemon that I want to try and use together.
