I haven't competitively battled in years, and I'm looking to get back into it. I'm struggling to decide who I should have on my team for a balance. I end up deciding on a team then changing it, so I was hoping you guys could help!

These 2 I am set to have on my team:
Reuniclus /252 HP, 252 SpAtk, 4 SpDef, Modest, Calm Mind Set
Wash Rotom (or change form to better fit team) /EV training depends on who else I have

Pokemon I'm considering for the remaining slots:
    Dusknoir
Sceptile (or a fire type? Opinions?)
    Lucario
    Togekiss

Also considering, but not limited to:
    Kingdra
    Zoroark
    Volcarona
    Spiritomb
    Dragonite
    Scizor
    Nidoking

Thanks a ton, I'm in dire need of help, so I appreciate it!

In Overused, none of the other Rotom formes are really going to be of much use bar Rotom-H, but there are better options. I'm assuming you're wanting a Hyper Offensive (maybe Trick Room?) team considering the options you've provided? Running with that, you're going to want a strong core, and if you want to use Rotom-W, I suggest using something like Ferrothorn along with Heatran (for a Fire/Water/Grass core) or you could use Scizor for the Scrotom core (Rotom-W and Scizor, since Rotom covers Scizor's fire weakness and Scizor covers Rotom's Grass weakness). It's a great offensive core and one that I personally love.

From there on, we could work something out. o: Thoughts?

To add to Antemortem's post, post movesets, natures and EVs for your whole team. They're really important for team rates.
