is there any possible way to catch, lugia, ho-oh, mew or anything like that without the cheats or codebreakers etc, and also how do u get to mirage island, which pokemon do u need in ur squad, and don't tell me i need them tickets, i can't get them :(

for the first Q: go to a nintendo event.
second Q: a man in pacifidlog will tell you if he sees it or not depending on any IDs in ur party. at the start of the day, a number is chosen, and if you bring the man a ppokemon with the ID for that day, you will get to go to Mirage Island.
