    You're free to keep waiting if you'd like, but I'm not sure who plays Blue Rescue Team anymore. :c Personally I only have PMD Sky and I don't think that works with PMD: Blue Rescue Team. But I may be wrong here.

    Your best option may be to start the dungeon over and restock on Apples/Reviver Seeds/Oran Berries. Even grind a bit more since that helps!

    i guess i could do that... i'll have to get a new power band for houndour though *that's simple enough, though* ...

    Start over and be sure you are fully stock with reviver seeds and Oran berries along the way also carry good supply of apples if still doenst work, you may need to do more exploring that is not story-related to get the right level.
