The lead:
Heracross@Choice Scarf
252 atk/252 spe/6 hp
Adamant Nature
Guts
- Megahorn
- Stone Edge
- Close Combat
- Toxic
Heracross is probably one of the deadliest leads out there, except for banded tyranitar and other non-anti leads. This thing packs 383 attacking power and 403 speed, outrunning most non-scarfed leads. Toxic looks laughable on this set, but actually can stall gliscor/etc and have a chance for T-Tar to step in and D-Dance once or twice for a possible sweep. Megahorn is for obvious STAB, killing Cressilia, Azelf, etc. Stone Edge is for Gyarados and salamence. Close Combat is also another STAB move that makes blissey scared of heracross.
Tyranitar@Life Orb
252 atk/252 spe/6 SpD
Jolly Nature
Sand Stream
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
- Crunch
- Ice Beam
Tyranitar DDancer. Life orb is too get in extra damage, while Sand Stream boosts it's Special Defence, which is why the 6 SpD are present. Dragon Dance for boosting and sweeping, Earthquake too take out most Steel/Electric/Fire/etc types, crunch for annoying psychics, and Ice Beam is too kill Gliscor unexpectedly because Gliscor walls my heracross completely. Also, It can resist Fire and Psychic attacks trying to be thrown at Heracross, walls fire types from forretress, and also blocks Gengar from being psychic'd aswell.
Vaporeon@Leftovers
252 hp/252 def/6 SpD
Bold Nature
Water Absorb
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- Wish
- Protect
Wish Vapo wish a twist, no Special Attack evs. I thought I would just go all defensive and ice beam is for killing mostly garchomp and protecting on outrages for confusion. Protect is for wish recovery and the strat. above, while surf is STAB wearing down most defense walls. I thought my team would come in really well with some wish support, so here it is. Oh, and this isn't a gyara-counter version, because I thought my team could take care of gyarados effeciently already.
Zapdos@leftovers
252 hp/252 SpD/4Def
Calm Nature
- HP Ice
- Thunder Bolt
- Roost
- Substitute
This zapdos replaced my snorlax, as it's typing, and defences are more superior too snorlax's. HP ice for more coverage on dragons, T-Bolt for STAB, Roost for recovery, and a free substitute on the switch can help quite a bit in the walling process. No status, and it can make any attack aware and not KO'ing Zapdos.
Snorlax@Leftovers
244 hp/28 def/236 SpD
Sassy Nature
Thick Fat
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
- Body Slam
- Fire Blast
Snorlax is my special wall, as you can see. Rest + Sleep Talk is for status absorbing, which my team might have trouble with if Heracross is down. Body Slam is too send out some para too my opponents of my own, and Fire Blast is purely for Skarmory doing max of 58%. Nothing too say more about this guy, but I usually hate Blissey or Bronzong, so I wanted to be different.
Gliscor@Leftovers
252 hp/176 def/76 spe
Impish Nature
Sand Veil
- Ice Fang
- Roost
- Earthquake
- Stealth Rock
This replaced my old forretress. As it is superior in defences, still sets up rocks, and it still damn annoying in a sandstorm. Ice Fang for Garchomp, Roost for recovery, EQ for STAB, and SR for setting up rocks to still get some damage on my oppenents.
Forretress@Shed Shell
252 hp/128 def/130 SpD
Relaxed Nature
Sturdy
- Spikes
- Stealth Rock
- Rapid Spin
- Gyro Ball
Forrestress is mainly filler and a rapid spinner. The shed shell is for magnezone that would otherwise kill my forretress, and I don't need leftovers because the sandstorm doesn't kill me. Spikes/Stealth Rock for switch in damage, rapid spin for rapid spinning, and gyro ball for fast opponents.. *yawn*.
Gengar@Choice Scarf
252 Sp. Atk/252 spe/6 hp
Timid Nature
Levitate
- HP ice
- Focus Blast
- Shadow Ball
- Thunder Bolt
This gengar supports more of dragon coverage, and outruns DDance Gyarados, which can lead my team into trouble. This is also my special sweeper, basically outspeeding almost everything except Deoxys-E.
That's my team, please rate it!
