    Hello Pokecommunity, I am Katie, The real leader of Team HxC.
    All of our members have been discussing on what we wanted, and we have decided.
    May I just let you all know something?
    1) ALL of team HxC finds your moderator's,no offense, but kind of corrupt.
    2) Serebii.net has also found your method of moderation, cruel
    3)several members think what you do is unfair.

    So, speaking behalf of Pokebeach's,Serebii's,Pokecommunity's, and our own forum, All of Team HxC's divisions suggests this.

    A check and Balances system for moderation.
    Fair treatment of members( If you need threads to see how rude some of the mods are, I shall provide)
    And a Voting system for the locking of threads(certain threads)

    Basically, If someone is to be banned, it should be viewed and discussed by more than 1 moderator. It shouldn't all be about 1 person. Some of the moderation can be very biased as well. "well, hes a mod so he's right and he can do w.e he wants" is bull, I'm sorry. But if you turn to a mod and ask for help about something you feel is unfair, you should not be lashed at.

    I'm not saying ALL of the moderation on here is corrupt, I actually based on each of your reviews have found a lot of you very nice and respectful. There are a few bad eggs however.

    There are over 250 members in Team HxC. It is an underground orginazation in all of the forums we have weeded ourselves into. So keep in mind, We have numbers, and we can multiply.

    Really? How did Serebii get dragged into this? Of all forums to say our methods are cruel.

    It really doesn't matter if you multiply or not because there's really nothing you can do to change the system.

    Basically, If someone is to be banned, it should be viewed and discussed by more than 1 moderator. It shouldn't all be about 1 person. Some of the moderation can be very biased as well.     We know the rules and regulations of the forum, so we do know what we're doing when someone is banned. And asking a mod for help doesn't always result in lashing. There's sarcasm for stupid questions like "why did u ban g.narron?!1/1" but other than that, I don't see any lashing at members.

    I'm a member there myself, and I have seen nothing but bad staffing in certain areas. I don't even go there anymore because of it.

    I'm no mod, but I find this completely ludicrous.

    Who the hell is team HxC? All of your "members" is not something the staff cares about.

    How do you know the banning is all done by one person? You don't.

    Also, a voting system for closing of threads will result in more SPAM, a harder job and more things to do for the mods. Dumb idea.

    Also, I am so scared of your multiplying. Really. I am cringing right now. (Although maybe not for that reason...)

    I really wasn't saying the sarcasm to that. I believe it is kind of dumb to go up to a mod and be like "oh why you ban him!?!?!"....because it's plain dumb, and starts problems.


    And yea, multiplying. think of it this way, If we really wanted to take the time out to pm ALL of your members threads of how some people have been badly mistreated, I am sure they would leave and go somewhere nice like serebii or pokebeach(they may be a little strict with some things, but they are nice).

    It should be something you should care about. Some of us happen to be YOUR members. It's like a clan since you banned official clans. But then again, we made it like an orginization

    Actually it was non-existant before this, but you know what I mean.

    The decision on whether to ban a member or not is based on the infraction system. I'm pretty sure the staff don't go around saying "hey, I think I'll ban Cherii today!" If someone wasn't banned for a right reason, then they can always be unbanned by another staff member. Same with locking threads. If another staff member finds a thread unworthy of lockage, then they'll simply reopen it.

    And if you find anything unfair including the staff member his/herself, then just report it to a higher staff member.
