Well, howdy! You should definitely check out our ROM hacking board Hub then; you'll learn everything that you need to know there! There are plenty of tutorials and guides for you to check out, and, if you have any questions, you can ask any one of the hackers there. C:

Yes! Someone else who wants to be a Rom Hacker! But a beginner? You have nothing to worry about; we have a good selection in Tools, Tutorials, and Resources threads! There are tools necessary for hacking like Advanced Map. There are also things like the Physical/Special ips, which is used for noting which move is which for GBA hacks! And there's tutorials for your pleasure; from depth in Advanced Map to using other nifty tools! Have any questions? Feel free to make your own thread in the Beginner's Lounge if you already have an idea, or just VM me on any further questions.
