Well Admins and S-Mods can ban, only Admins can do a IP ban. S-Mods can do everything a Mod can do and more. Admins owns the forums, and the S-Mods and Mods kind of run the forums (but the Admins do a lot of work too).link722 said:

Maybe you should get a new username called "Cassius"....
Or clarify the matter with some statements in your signature. (The old Cas generated a lot of hatred amongst PC members back then. I joined the old PC about the same time she left but some of the posts she left behind sounded really insulting to whoever it was directed to)

Let me just say this.
Ok Haruka was not trying to be nasty to you, on the old PC there was a member named Cas (see how close the names are), she started deleting big art threads and all the members was mad, there pics was gone and tons of other stuff. And that Cas got banned and deleted on the old PC and since this is the new PC Haruka though you was the same Cas so thats why Haruka said what she said. She just didnt want PC to have to do all that again.Cas said:
