    Hey everybody, I am currently messing around with customizing maps for hacked ROM's. feeg1, youngsterjoey1 and I are trying to make a hacked ROM for FireRed. Any suggestions would be very helpful and appreciated! Thanks :)
     
    Hiya Kazoo, welcome to PC! The Emulation board has everything you'll need to create a ROM hack and people would be glad to hear your ideas over there. :3 I'm not a hacker myself but I'd love to see the project you all create - our hackers are pretty talented so the more faces workin' on some the merrier.

    Be sure to ask the staff members if you're confused with the forum or, if you have hacking questions, the hacking simple questions thread could be an option. See you around and hope you enjoy your time here! Be sure to stick around and feel free to let me know if you'd like to chat. :)

    I just read Feeg's, and YoungsterJoey's threads so I'll be there to welcome them as well. It's so nice to see you three work on a hack together. Teamwork is amazing! I really hope you two excel, and we hope to see your hack in the Hacks Showcase thread!

    As Sheep mentioned, you can find everything you need for you hack inside the Emulation & ROM Hacking section. If you are looking for any tools you might need to download, as well as maybe you need to read some tutorials or something, you can always find them there in their respective subsections. As always, there are moderators in that section so any questions you may have in regards to ROM hacking and all, you can ask them! :)

    Also, if you have any questions about the forum itself, you can ask any moderator or higher staff member (the ones in bold names). Have fun, best of luck and I hope to see you around!
     
    I saw your buddies welcome threads too, and I'm very happy that you three are quite dedicated on making this ROM Hack of yours! A biiig good luck to you guys, and I can't wait to see what it is real soon! The members who hack on PC are also very willing to help you guys out, so, maybe give them a shout if you have any questions or anything! <3

    As mentioned, the Emulation board is your best bet, and you can take a look at the guides, as well as the Qn'A thread there to help you guys out too! Mmm, but welcome to PC, friend, and I wish you a happy and great stay! Hope we can see each other again sometime. <3
