    Hey there! My name's China (see the play on words in my username?), and I've just joined the community! I hope I can make some great friends here, as well as find some fun ROM hacks. I hope to be an aspiring YouTuber (as soon as I get my new computer!), and play some Pokemon! A little info about myself: I'm a girl (yes, girls play video games! :D) and I've been playing Pokemon since I was 5 years old. I can also sew, which is fun to make plushies. :) Anyway, I hope to see you around! Feel free to say hi or anything. :D

    Oh wow started around the age I did actually! Was it the anime, card game, manga, or the handhelds that got you over? It was the anime with the handhelds for me with Pokemon Red on my yellow gameboy colour. (such great times back then)
    Neat! What kind of plushies have you made? Maybe you could post some of your work on here for everyone to see? I bet they'd love to see what you've done. (Me being one of them :P)

    So you make plushies too? Do you make Pokemon plushies? OMG that sounds like an amazing thing to do! I always wanted to learn how to make plushies. :D

    Yeah! I'll post some plushies! (I've crocheted or however you spell that a lugia, aipom, wooper, and a pokeball pillow.) The games really got me into it, my first one was FireRed! I have like all the pokemon games, and sometimes play Zelda. ;)

    Oh my gosh I'm jealous that you can make plushies. That's something I've always wanted to do, especially when I see all these adorable Pokemon plushies for sale. One of these days when I'm not lazy I'll be sure to look up tutorials to get started. How long have you been making plushies exactly? You should show us your plush/merch collections over at the Collections thread in Pokemon General.

    We have ROM hacks aplenty here in our Emulation & ROM Hacking board so make sure to explore there. :) That board is one of our most popular and a lot of amazingly talented hackers pop in to share their games so you have quite a lot to look forward to. I recommend Liquid Crystal, Shiny Gold, Flora Sky, Ruby Destiny... there's so many more but my memory isn't being friendly right now. Just look around and you'll find plenty to keep you busy! While you're at it you should take a peek at the Video Games board for all things related to gaming. Its Let's Plays subforum is also a nice place to share your Let's Plays if you're planning to show us what you've made once you start creating videos.     Glad you're such a big Pokemon fan too, means you'll fit in here that much better. We all adore Pokemon and any big fans are welcome. We have an official Zelda fanclub on PC too so be sure to join since it's about to fall inactive, meaning the club will die and be closed!

    Thanks you guys! :) I'll definitely post some pics of my stuff I've made, and my collection. :) It's not the biggest, but it's a start! Oh! I forgot to mention, I made a few pokemon paintings when I was nine... :P They were images under a projector, but they're something to be proud of!
