It's so nice to see you here Sirius, and welcome to PC! Noticed you have been into Pokemon since you were only 8, that happened to be close to when I got into Pokemon as well, and I do admit it's a franchise anyone can enjoy and not just kids.
We're a very diverse community with so many topics on both Pokemon and non-Pokemon things, and you'll meet lots of awesome people around here as well so making friends will surely be a breeze. But why not start by asking some question so we can get to know you better? How long have you been into Pokemon? What's your fave game or generation? Any other interests you have?
Either way, if you are ever looking for a good first step to making a friend you can consider signing up for a mentor over in the Adoption Center. Not only will a mentor make a great first friend, but they'll also help you learn a lot about the community as well. Just my two cents here, but you will enjoy PC nonetheless.
Anyways, guess that's all for now and I'll see you around the forums! Contact any staff members in the bolded usernames if you need their help, but I'm sure anyone will be happy to assist you otherwise.
