    I'm TheDIGIphreak, this is one of my many forum experiences, but my first since I turned thirteen. I'm trying to get more into the Pokemon fandom thanks to the encouragement of my friend Shygotu. I am about to go and start playing emulators to get a better hold on the games.
     
    Welcome to PC, TheDIGIphreak! I actually was just talking to Shygotu. I think that it's great you're here, and I'm sure that you'll enjoy it. I actually do most of my Pokémon gaming on an emulator, so you're not alone.

    Well welcome to the forums this is a great place for the fans of pokemon! If anything i suggest playing the fan games instead of rom hacks you dont need an emulator to play and they probably look the most official! If you want a great experience start with pokemon raptor its completed and is an awesome game just like the cannon games except harder and awesome!
     
    I welcomed your friend earlier today, so I'm sure you'll have fun here as well. Very big welcome to PC for you, TheDIGIphreak! Don't worry if you're new to forums, PC is a really awesome one to start with because we usually go easy on the members here.

    So, anything we'd like to know about you? Given you didn't mention much in your introduction we'd love to dig a bit deeper and know more about our members. When did you start getting into Pokemon? Or what is your fave Pokemon game? Maybe any other interests you have? Feel free to tell us as much as you can!

    PC is always nice to have new faces around so I'm sure you'll have a great time settling in and seeing all the sights of the community, and surely there'll be a board that you'll love. Have a splendid time and don't hesitate to ask if you need anything!

    I actually just started getting into Pokemon from the aformentioned friend Shygotu, currently my fave is the only one I have played: Emerald, Small time programming and web design are a few things I do, I've been considering for the last eight seconds building my own game-boy color.
     
    Hehe, it's nice to have a friend that's into the fandom, and I'm glad that you can join us sharing that likeness to it! And a very, great welcome to the forums, DIGI! I hope that you'll enjoy the hack games around here; they're indeed really fun, and I reccomend any one of em! Have a look out for more; they're soon to come. 8D
