    Hey I'm RawrRawrDebz and I've been on this site many times before but thought I'd make an account now I'm getting into competitive battling. :) currently putting together a monotype team which I'm hoping will work well :)

    Good luck getting your teams built; I've been a lot more interested in the IV breeding and EV training aspect in the sixth generation so that's been very fun haha. A monotype team sounds very fun - definitely something I'd try out in the future. Noticed you're working on a steel team too.. pretty awesome, good choice.

    I apparently did notice your thread over in the Battling & Team Building board, and it appears you're getting some help with it already so I hope all goes well for you. Monotypes can be very fun to play, and some types get very interesting players so there's always something to fear on the opposing side. Hopefully you'll consider visiting our Pokemon Showdown server if you want to battle and chat with other PC members, since it's really fun.

    Hi there, and welcome! It's nice to see another competitive battler join the board!

    What type-group is your mono team focusing on? I had made a mono-type team in the past, which was revolving around water, and it seemed to have performed pretty well. This was around when generation five was introduced about four years ago. Start of this crew was definitely Politoed, as it would set up rain when it gets out of its Poké Ball, turning things into an advantage for its teammates.

    I'd definitely recommend you to check out our Battling & Team Building forum as Hikamaru had suggested; since you are into these kind of stuff, I'm sure you'll enjoy! I hope you have fun here, friend; see you around!
