    Hey, I was wondering a kind of nubby question is ingrain carnivines signature move? like buizel/floatzels signature move is aqua jet and another does togectic have another evaloution?
     
    I guess you could say that ingrain is carnivine's signature move, and yes Togetic evolves into Togekiss through the use of a shiny stone.

    Many Grass pokemon like Roselia and Cacturne learns Ingrain, So I dont think Ingrain is Carnivine,s Signature move....... Also Aqua Jet isnt Buizel / Floatzel,s Signature move because Azumarril , Empoleon , Blastoise, Etc Can Learn Aqua Jet
