Hey there and welcome! Quite a bit of interests, very nice to see in new members. There's plenty of people to battle with, trade, and learn different strategies. Just look around a little and you'll find everything your interested in very easily. Anyways hope you enjoy yourself, hope you like PC, and hope to see you around! :)

Welcome to the PokeCommunity, Linkr. :D
We have an active battling community here, better known as the Competitive Battling Center! We have a few tournaments up and running as well as the choice of joining a group, better known as a clan. You can battle with either wifi or by Pokemon Online (we even have a server for that. :D), so it's all of your battling needs. Oh, I forgot to mention! Talk about battling strategies, as well as get your teams rated. :)
Just in case you get interested in trading, we indeed have the Trade Corner. Help members get their Pokedex done, make a Trade Thread, or just collect Pokemon. :D
aaaand besides those two sections right above, there's so much more to do! Have a great time, and pleeeeeease read the rules! They don't bite, but they will if you break some of them! xD Don't hesitate to PM myself or Snivy if you need help. :)

Welcome to the forums, Linkr! You will surely enjoy the Competitive Battling Center as well as the Trade Corner as these two are some of the highlights which totally defines PC as one of the best Pokemon boards in the web. Like what Megan said, PC has it's own PO server which makes it really easy for you to meet some of our members here and have a battle with 'em instead of going to their profiles and asking 'em to battle you over PO plus the whole CBC board is ready to help you out if you need any help or if you want to know other things related to battling as well as strategies! There's no doubt that you will also be able to find the Pokemons you want over the Trade Corner! ^^
If you're also interested into any other things related to Pokemon, I can assure you that you'll be able to find it here since you can pretty much observe that everything that can be found over Pokemon can be discussed over here even off-topic discussions or those that doesn't deal with Pokemon discussions in any sort. :)

Hi Linkr, I assume you're a Legend Of Zelda fan?
As Megan has mentioned, you should go to our Competitive Battling Center and Trade Corner. PC is well-known for those areas plus PC has it's own Pokemon Online server so you can battle other users! We also occasionally have tournaments on there, you should sign up when we have a tournament coming up.
Dark Azelf, one of our Competitive Battling experts won our first Pokemon Online Tournament, with PlatinumDude finishing runner-up.
As part of your conditions, you must read the rules or who knows?
Contact any moderators if you have questions, they aren't too difficult to find.
I hope you become a great competitive battler and if we have a tournament coming up, you should definitely sign up!
