I have only been here for about a month now but you will notice pretty fast how nice everyone is here.
P.S.
It is very easy to skip over a rule or two I made a few close calls at first so remember even if you feel you don't need to review a section or two just look over it.

If you are looking for friends, I guarantee you'll find some on this forum in no time. The members here are incredibly helpful and kind, and are willing to help you with anything you need. I am a member of a couple forums, and I have to say the PC has the nicest and friendliest members around. I am sure you'll find friends here rather quickly!
Anyway, since you enjoy the games, check out our General Pokemon Gaming section of the site, where you can chat about all the games from RBY to BW 2. You can find in-game help in this section as well for any of those games, and even post your teams and get feedback. I also recommend checking out the newest section of the site, the X and Y section! There, you can chat and speculate about the new games coming in October for the 3DS! It's a really popular section of the site!

Fifth Gen. Gaming will be a nice little place for you to explore! I love Black 2 but the fact that it's a DS game has been putting me off for some reason lately. Maybe it's because the DS has very limited Wi-Fi settings and options.. :( But luckily the sixth generation will be on the 3DS so that's looking to be very awesome! But hey, tell us about yourself, yeah? I'm itching to know about you as a person and it'd be great if we could all know a little more.. would certainly help with making friends, after all. You can tell us when you got into Pokemon, what your favorite game is, any reasons you might have joined PC, and other interests you might have (like music or writing). That way we can pinpoint what boards you might enjoy since there really is a whole lot to do here.
But if you're looking for friends, I have some popular suggestions! There's the wonderful Chit Chat & Polls that you can look at if you're wanting to have random chatter with our members about mostly anything, including an awesome chit-chat thread at the very top where you can converse with the memberbase. :D Clubs are also popular ways to meet new members; there's Pokemon Clubs for all Pokemon clubs/groups and Fan Clubs & Groups for anything unrelated to Pokemon. Be sure to read over their rules though, as they outline what is and isn't allowed when posting over in said boards. You're more than welcome to create a club if it doesn't exist nor has been reserved yet so that's another awesome thing you can try! Being a club owner is very fun.
Other than that, I hope you have a great time exploring around the forum! We are a very lovely place and want every new member to have the best possible time. If you need any assistance you can always contact me or another moderator as we're more than happy to help.
