I started to play Pokémon since Red and Blue, now I'm 28 and I'm going to start my first Rom Hack.

Hey there MutagenicPhazon and welcome to the forums! PC is famous for its ROM hacks so I know you'll be in capable hands among the hacking community and its talented hackers.

Our ROM Hacking board is what I'm exactly talking about, it's PC's own hub for hackers such as yourself complete with all the subforums you need to become a great hacker. The Beginner's Lounge is a good place to start there since you can ask for help and there's also resources you can consult, compiled by some of PC's best hackers.

I'm sure you'll make yourself at home over there, and around the forums in general. If you ever need any assistance you can always approach a staff member in the bold usernames, and given ROM Hacking has four of them I'm confident you'll be able to get the help you need. Welcome to the world of PokeCommunity, Phazon! Your English seems fine so far so no worries. =) I'm sure you'll learn a lot by being here so that's another plus to sticking around, haha. Plenty of people who don't speak English natively come here and end up getting a lot better after practicing around the forum for a while.

If you're into hacking then the ROM Hacking section will be your best bet, of course. It's a really huge section with a lot of resources so you might find yourself getting lost from time to time but don't be scared to ask one of the moderators there for some help. They'd be more than happy to point you in the right direction.
