    hi people, I just want to say I'm new here, so if I am a beginner and actually suck at this then you will know why, but im working on a pokemon rom hack, and I don't know how to publish it, why don't you guys give me some ideas of how and where I can publish my rom hack, feel free to send me an email about it - [email protected]

    I'm not entirely sure what you mean by publish, but we have a huge and active Rom Hacking section of the site. There you can share (publish) your Rom Hack with other members of the site, as well as play other hacks created by members and find the tools and resources needed to complete your own! You should definitely check it out.

    If you need help with anything, let us know! We will be more than happy to help you out. Goodluck with the hack!
     
    You can publish the IPS file in the Hacks Studio forum - that's what most hackers here do. And from there members can download your IPS file and patch it with a ROM themselves since we're not permitted to share actual ROMs here. Much luck to you, Pikachu, and welcome to PC. n~n

    If you're stuck with your hack, follow Sheep's advice and look around the ROM Hacking Hub, and while you're there look around the rest of the ROM Hacking section as well. There's Tools & Resources which is a popular spot for aspiring hackers looking for resources to use in their creations, and also the Beginner's Lounge if you need assistance from fellow hackers.

    I'm sadly not a hacker so I can't help much, but the staff team (in particular, Spherical Ice and Christos would be the most help to you as they are the hacking mods) can assist you if you need them. Anyways, good luck to you!
