Who, in your opinion, is the strongest?

I think Hitmonlee is. He can easily 1HKO a handful of OU Pokemon. I know this from experience.

Plus, he has superior stats. In Attack and Speed.

All other stats are the same with Chan and Hitmontop has superior Defense (or is it SpD?)

    Opinions?

Hitmontop. It's one of my favorite spinners ever.

I use Hitmonchan for better coverage, and Hitmonlee for a general UU sweeper, but Hitmontop is a must for any of my UU teams, my 2v2 teams, and honestly, I struggle to find a reason why it's still in UU with a Rock resist, two amazing abilities, a great movepool, and accesibility to Rapid Spin. The only thing that I can think of is its average stats.

Hitmonchan. Better movepool I believe. Hitmontop has to be the weakest. Hitmonlee obviously in the middle.

I think hitmonchan is better, like shadowmightyena says, he has a better movepool

    No love for Lee anyone?

Well, I ran the tests and Hitmonlee is top in more stats than Chan and Top.

They tie on 3 stats, Lee tops it in 2 of those stats, and Top tops it in Defense obviously.

Chan has nothing on them except a decent movepool. But Lee's movepool still isn't all that bad. This is my Lee. I am too lazy to put EVs, but this is his moveset.

    Close Combat
    Earthquake
    Stone Edge
    Blaze Kick

    He has great type coverage.

Offensively, Hitmonlee is superior to his two cousins. Base 120 Attack is massive by UU standards, and pretty decent by OU standards.

However, his movepool is extremely predictable, and his bad defenses make him hard to switch in and use efficiently. Of the three, he's the best offensively, however, Hitmonchan's ability, Iron Fist, makes Focus Punch nearly unstopabble.

Hitmontop, the bulkiest of the three, is the one likely to be used most effectively in OU. Intimidate makes it a decent Tyranitar counter and an excellent Tyraniboah counter. "Technitop" (see set below) is the best offensive set he can manage:

    Hitmontop @ Life Orb
    Adamant
    252 Att/252 HP/6 Spe
    Fake Out
    Close Combat
    Mach Punch
    Bullet Punch/Stone Edge/Pursuit

Technician makes those weak attacks actually quite fearsome. Although it's far from an offensive monster, it'll surprise you. Mainly look for the lack of Intimidate, but switching out is no reccomended due to Pursuit.

Hitmonlee, I was gonna say Chan, but then I saw 4th Gen Matt's post about Lees movepool & it changed my mind

    Hooray.

Plus I just cameback from being down 3-1 with Lee.

His 3 Pokemon were Infernape, Gyarados, and Snorlax.

My last one was Lee with 100% HP.

KO'd Infernape with Earthquake, Gyarados with Stone Edge, and Snorlax with Close Combat.

I think I am going to appeal to have him moved up to BL.

Actually the hitmontop above works even better with choice band.

    Chan, Good defnesive fighter.

And I need that in my team more than anything....

Depends really what you mean by "strongest." Hitmonlee has the highest attacking power, but Hitmontop is by far the most useful out of the 3.

    Nice choice Cody.

Anyway, I posted it in Tier Discussion for him to be moved up to BL.

Everyone ate him up saying how much he sucks.

I don't understand it. He has never let me down, even on my OU teams.

    Pfft, haters.

Hitmonlee is too fragile to be in the BL tier, let alone he has to be careful what he switches into in the UU metagame, with a miniscule HP and Defense stat he has to really watch himself.

Hitmonlee, in OU? You do realize that it's only good in UU since the best thing that could counter it was Claydol. Now that Weezing is in UU, expect to see a huge drop in usage (of course, Weezing hasn't been getting much usage at all ._.)

rofl it's not because we think it sucks lol. It's because that's not how the tier system works. don't complain about your own misunderstanding of the system.

Hitmonlee is probably the best though. It's a potent threat in UUs and does decently in OUs despite being totally outclassed by Heracross.

He could fit in BL, but no way, no how does he survive in the OU, like I said his base HP and Defense stat is going to take him nowhere in the current, aggresive OU metagame.
