Hosting MysteryGift.txt on Dropbox [Resolved]

I need help getting my game (v16.1) to work with this file.
https://www.dropbox.com/s/ii813savs5fkphw/MysteryGift.txt?dl=0
I put in the above link into the MysteryGift section but it didn't find the pokemon.
It's not my connection to the internet because the file on the wiki worked and I could download that.
If anyone hosted it on dropbox before, could you help me?
Is there another place I can host that does work?

Should I use this link instead?

I'm using Pastebin now.

The second link requires me to sign into dropbox to see, so don't use that.

The first link doesn't take me to the file itself, but a landing page for the file. The game needs the raw file itself. I'm not sure if you can really host it on dropbox, as I don't think they provide direct links like that anymore. (I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure they now require you to hit a landing page for the file now.)

Here's a tip: to test to see if the game can properly reach the file, put the URL into your browsers incognito/private mode window. If that link links directly to the raw file without any interaction or logging in from you, it'll work for an Essentials game being played on someone else's machine.
