You just reminded me that I didn't make any this year oof.
But tbh, my forever resolution is to not overeat and get fat again, and I'm slowly but surely failing that what with a lack of physical activity for the last month :(
I know home workouts are thing and all, but I just don't find motivation to work out here at my home. I always loved the gym because it felt like a separate place where I could focus on one thing and one thing only; weightlifting and sweating it out. It was great for me in terms of compartmentalizing my life.
