One of my friends on PC wiped me out in a Pokemon Wi-fi battle. I think her Espeon's Psychic was the finishing blow.

I got murdered in one hit or two by some building in the back of the enemy's base in DotA I probably was not supposed to attack.

I had a lock on a Pelican than shot it. It moved and my Rockets did a Halo type maneuver. Then the pelican went near me and my rockets killed me, and the people in the pelican. In Halo Reach.

Metroid Zero Mission. I was doing a 15% run (15 out of 100 items, very difficult) Busted up the final boss, piece of cake. Got to the end of the evac sequence, and got murdered by the two black space pirates before the very end of the game, who are hard enough with adequate powerups.
