How do I change the options for Oaks are you a boy or a girl question?

    I know how to change what Oak says/asks at the beginning, but no idea how to change the choices provided. Is there a specific program that can do that? Same goes for any future questions that provide an option to choose.

    Use a tool like Text Hex Convert to translate the text to hex data and search for every instance of that hex data in a hex editor. For yes and no there are probably a lot. If the text present in this instance is also used in every other instance of a YES/NO question, you're probably going to need a custom ASM routine to get it done only in this case.
