2nd Gen How do I get Celebi without cheating

yes. in the japanese cristal, you have to get the gsball and go to the shrine in the forest... ill post moer when i find it
 
What's the gsball? How do i get that? o.O
 
that is if you have the Japanese Crystal. I dont lknow but it has to do with the cellphone tower and kurt

I didnt see any mods on when i read the thread, so i posted that, anyways, ill be sure to PM a mod next time.
