how do i pair up with someone?

ANdy, you don't need to open a thread, post, then close a thread, I just closed it hours ago and then you opened it then closed it later.

That is why I post in the thread saying it's closed, it tells people that the thread is closed and also tells the other staff that it's closed so no need to post in it and re-open it and stuff and also tells who closed it so some one won't go running around saying "Who locked my thread" or "Who locked this thread?".
