4th Gen How do you arrange your pc boxes?

I use a strange system personally:

Box01: Sort (this is where my captures / trades go before they are sorted to correct box)
Box02: Train 01 (Pokémon I have caught but not leveled up yet for Dex entry)
Box03: Train 02
Box04: Train 03
Box05: Legends (where I put all my legendary)
Box06: Shiny 01 (where I put all my shiny Pokémon)
Box07: Shiny 02
Box08: Shiny 03
Box09: Egg's 01 (where I put eggs that I have obtained)
Box10: Egg's 02
Box11: Egg's 03
Box12: Egg's 04
Box13: Team 01 (My various teams that I level up and train go here)
Box14: Team 02
Box15: Event (where I keep event Pokémon)
Box16: Keep (Pokémon that I want to keep that aren't shiny, EV or IV trained)
Box17: Level-Up (Pokémon that are to be traded, but need to be leveled up first)
Box18: Trade (Pokémon that are to be traded away or will be traded soon)

Basically, when I capture a Pokémon, it goes to the sort box, and then later on I sort them on if I want to keep them. I have this strange habit of never capturing evolved Pokémon (unless it's shiny). Instead, I capture it's pre-evolution and evolve it to the Pokémon I may need. I do this for filling my Dex and for when I'm just simply training them. That is why my train boxes are not that large. Once the Pokémon has been trained up enough to let me know on if I want to keep it, I will move it to the respected box, but if I just needed the Dex info, it will be released.

You could say I spend half of my time just keeping my boxes straight, and that's probably right. I spend a great deal of time with the boxes, but I like this system.

I arrange mine into national dex order. It takes time the first time you do it but after that it doesnt take much time at all. The only problem is that it only leaves me with 1 1/2 boxes of free space and I trade and breed alot.

I sort mine into type and rename them so I don't get confused.

For example, BOX1
Type: Fire Pokémon
Name: Flamers

I do the types with another Box for unown but im not happy because i ran out of Normal and water space i put them in there second type though

I had all of my Pokemon in Sinnoh order, then got the National Dex which ruined it. So now I have:

Box 1-5: Sinnoh pokemon
Box 6: National Dex Pokemon I need to evolve/breed to complete the national dex
Box 7-16: Other pokemon
Box 17: Unown (alphabetical order)
Box 18: Trade fodder

i store some by type
water, grass/bug/posion
fighting/rock/gound

one for my pokemon that i use in competitive battles

one for legendaries and events

one for pokemon i'm training, or will train

The most common arrangement I found on my thread was by type.(I only read thhe first page)

Type, and then eggs. It's quite an easy system, actually.

I guess the most used arrangement IS by type. Cool this is my first hot thread!

I sorta organize by theme but my PC seems to jump around a lot.. I never understood the type or number thing that others do. Anyways:

Box 1: Empty
Box 2: Extras (Traded legends, clones)
Box 3-5: Traded shinies
Box 6: Events/Legends
Box 7: Traded shinies
Box 8: Junk (Traded stuff, babies)
Box 9-10: Traded shinies
Box 11: Pkradar (my chained shinies)
Box 12: Seriously unorganized?? ._.
Box 13: Favorite (in-game teams)
Box 14: Shining (shinies from good friends)
Box 15: Bro (yeah.. his junk)
Box 16: GoodBaby (egg moved stuff)
Box 17: Teams (wifi, chaining, hacks)
Box 18: Wild (stuff I caught)

Well people who used the type arrangement did it probably like this:
for example, Box 1 is titled normal and this is where you put your normal pkmn.
And box 2 is title steel, etc.

I just keep them wherever they go when I catch them, but I keep pokemon that I use or have EV trained in seperate boxes, then I keep pokemon hatched from breeding in seperate boxes again so when I delete the ones I dont need I know I wont delete the wrong one by accident

in type and the extra box is just a spare

i keep it by type. Water, Fighting W/steel W/ground and so on. Legends have their own box, offers/holds/trades have there own, and my starting battle lineup rotation.

I forget to mention I have eggs and Lv. 1-10 pokemon in their own respective boxes

i change my box all the time from level to dex no. to rareness to type i sorta enjoy it and its quite cool i also have seperate boxes for shinies eggs hacks and stuff to make it easier to find them but use which ever floats your boat

I actually arrange my pokemon and put them in their own individual habitats.
I put water pokemon in the ocean and river, bird pokemon in the sky, rock and ground pokemon in a cave etc I even have a ranch where i put all my tauros and a farm for all my miltank!
I even spread them around their box so they arent cramped together

also I have a nursery box for eggs and newly hatched pokemon, I have a field and a forest for grass, bug and common pokemon.. and a savannah for more wild looking pokemon

Got 2 boxes for pokes that I catch or I got from trades to check them and approve them.
1 for Unown, 1 for Legendaries/Events, 2 for EV'd and personal teams, 5 for the ones I keep for exclusive breeding purpose...

All the rest are fillers and Shinies/Legendaries/Events I'm gonna trade.

Right now, I have mine arranged by type, but I also have an extra box labeled "shinies" because I often trade my legit shinies, and I just like to look at them as well.
