Title says it all. How do I make an event (though it could be a script thing) where I don't lose money from losing to a trainer battle?

That actually is a little more complicated than it seems; you'll have to make a conditional branch within your starting over code so if a certain control switch you don't lose money. Good luck!

In Settings, there is a constant there called NO_MONEY_LOSS, and its value is the switch that you can toggle to disable the loss of money. By default it's switch 33, but double check in case it's somehow different for you. Then just set the switch before starting the battle, and turn it off afterwards.
