    I need to have the tv on and the volume low when I'm falling asleep I just always need some background noise.

    I like for it to be pitch black in my room. I also leave my radio on and leave the fan on. Silence makes it even harder to sleep. Then I have to have three pillows under my head. Then, I can sleep. It take three hours, but at least I can sleep.
