oh god i don't know lol i have a lot of loose cards tbh, just cards that are still in decks from back when i still played at the hobby shop, loose stuff in boxes and tins that don't make it into my binders, and then my binders themselves, one of them has all my holos and promos and the other has my non-holos that are either really old, rare, or just artwork that i really like. then there's a huge ass drawer full of cards at my mom's that i just rescued a lot of cards from when i was in AL last week lol. idk i guess my collection is in the thousands? i don't even want to try to count all these. still a baby collection compared to some other folks tbh.

Uh... the only idea I have is that it is likely north of 10,000 and probably has been for a while. How far above, I have no idea. Haven't bothered doing anything resembling a count in ages.
