Soap is actually a perfect good, and in many cases better, way to wash your hair than shampoo. Depending on the water quality (hard versus soft), you could either wash your hair with soap or shampoo. It just doesn't rinse out as well if you have hard water, but a little bit of vinegar will help with that. That's pretty nasty, Cherii. Who washes their hair with soap? Do you know where that soaps been, haha.
There's information out there about this. Googling does wonders for the mind.
As for the question, I wash my hands...not enough, actually, compared to other people. Then again, for me, it's rather silly to be washing my hands constantly. I deal with slimy garbage, dust, dirt, and the outside world at work, so the instant I clean my hands, they get dirty again. Work is also where I am most of the day, so that also affects my answer.
Most soaps also dry out my skin, and I get rashes from most lotions, so washing constantly aggravates my skin, making me uncomfortable. That also affects my answer.
For safety purposes, I wash my hands when dealing with food, and after using the restroom.
