Imagine waking up after a horrifying nightmare, and it occured in your bedroom. You look up above you, and you flash back to that nightmare, experiencing it again. Do you avoid that place for a while or just get over it? Or, imagine that you had an awkward dream about a friend of yours, who you speak to often, how would you face them? Oh, and when you have sad dreams, does that mean that your day is worse initially because of that, or do you just disregard what happened in the dream as something fake and shouldn't need to ruin your reality? The last scenerio is when you have a really good dream, set in a place such as your home, and you want to relive that moment, by spending as much time at that place as you can, hoping that you'll accidentally fall asleep and re-dream it?

    1. Have you ever been affected by a dream in any of the ways mentioned?
    2. Have you experienced something in reality that you now consider a dream or nightmare, because it's just so unbelievable - and it actually reoccurs in your dreams?

I've been affected by dreams many times. For example, I dream mostly of negative things, and when reminded of them, I just act weird, and try to change the subject, since a lot of my strange dreams I'd hate to become reality - so I just avoid them. And, a few things I consider dreams now, I mean, I consider graduating high school, and December (both last year), as dreams, because the details are so sketchy in my mind, and yes, they do reoccur in my dreams, as much as I wish they really wouldn't, but I guess certain events affect my dream patterns for a while, even if it may be 4 or 5 months later.

    1. Yes, but I don't tell the people about the dreams I have of them… just in case it creates a paradox.
    2. Maybe…

    1. Have you ever been affected by a dream in any of the ways mentioned? yes I can't remember specifically what sparked any of those feelings but I remember feeling them
    2. Have you experienced something in reality that you now consider a dream or nightmare, because it's just so unbelievable - and it actually reoccurs in your dreams? if you count the deaths of loved ones sure, and if you count doing something so early in the morning you can't tell whether or not it took place in a dream or in reality yes
minus the re-occurring part that never happens to me

If I have a vivid, realistic dream I'll wake up feeling like it really happened. The feeling usually fades away, but if it was a particularly good dream, like one where my problems are gone and things I wanted to be true were, then I'll probably feel a little down that day.

I don't re-experience things as they happened in reality in my dreams, just distorted versions of them, which can be worse, but not always.

Well, my dreams aren't sad or happy, and I don't have nightmares so no, they don't.

    2. Have you experienced something in reality that you now consider a dream or nightmare, because it's just so unbelievable - and it actually reoccurs in your dreams?
    ...No.

I was mantally terrified after I had I mightmare about the hydron collider creating a blackhole and killing us all. for 7 months I was scared every night of this. so stupid but my brain kept telling me it was gonna happen. 2012 didn't help -_- I would be asking questions like has the sun came closer and you could say I was paronoid?

I don't usually get very emotional about my dreams, they're often disconnected entirely from reality and most of the time the people in my dreams are characters I've made up in my head. I usually wake up and think "wow, that was a cool dream." even if the dream was horrible and ended in me dying or something. I try and find some sort of meaning to them, but usually they're so obscure that I can't think of anything, if I do find a meaning in them though then it can lead me to thinking happy/sad thoughts though.
I did have a dream recently that was very happy and it would be nice to return to, but I never return to any of my "dream worlds." >:

No. I never remember my dreams except for the stupid falling one.
