How Often do you get a new Phone?

I use my phones untill they break, and cuz it's always the cheapest model, it isn't worth it to fix them, so I end up buying a new one, The problem is, I'm clumsiness in person, so I ended up changing my phone every 6-7 months, untill I bought myself a 'Shockproof' phone, now I'm using it for 4 years already, and have no plans of changing it anytime soon
