How do I make a blog? I asked some people and they didn't know. So how do you? And are you aloud to change the title of your Blog? Thanks for answering.

You go to the blog area and press "Post to your blog" under the Options area to the left. To answer your second question, yes, your able to edit your title to anything you want (as long as it follows the rules)

That's because only Tier 3 and over supporters can make blogs.

Adding on to this, you could also get 5000 posts, but SPAMing doesn't count, as it gets deleted.
