how to make an .rar file a .gba file to be able to play on GBA

You have to extract the rar using winrar or 7zip and then you have the .gba file

You have 2 methods, make a cartridge following some tutorial out there or buy a flashcard and drop your ROM into its folder.

I assume the GBA Flashcards work in a similar way to those of the NDS and they have a MicroSD card where you're gonna have to drop your stuff.
