I'm new here to the forums and I wanted to introduce myself. I've been a huge fan of Pokemon since the cards and games came out in the mid-late 90s. I've been collecting and playing the games ever since. My favorite is opening packs and collecting cards. I would love to get into the actual trading card game. Below is a pic of some of my most recent haul.

Oh man, Pokemon cards... the wave of nostalgia is great, ack.

I recall when I was still in elementary, my parents would buy me cards for days, watching me have fun play with them in silly single-player roleplays (that single player being, woot woot, me!) Unfortunately, when we moved states, from Wisconsin to Florida, apparently we left a lot of stuff back home. We didn't have enough room to carry everything, so we left things such as my large collection of Pokemon cards.

Parents don't recall what happened to them, so I just think back and shed a tear.

Regardless, I wish you the best of luck with your card collecting! My little sister currently buys packets and opens them when I'm around, mostly since I enjoy looking at the artwork within the cards themselves haha.

As people above me have already pointed out, there's a section here in PC dedicated to what you love! (: Trading cards ^ ^

That's a decent collection u have there. There is a TCG Section here, which I think will interest u. There are other lots sections too, be sure to browse through them as well.
