    Long time user of Pokecommunity. I've had a few accounts over the years lost to the abyss of the old & forgotten e-mail accounts.
    Back once again checking out cool ROM hacks. Games that are good for long plays on cart & gameboy.

    I also used to use this place for trading back in the days of HG/SS over the GTS ect, with forum users.
    Had my own trading post with gifs from the wiki for each pokemon available lol.

    Currently playing Pokemon Crystal Clear & Kanto Complete.
    big fan of gen 1 & 2 and the compatibility between the stadium games.

    If anyone has any suggestions on what else the Pokecommunity has to offer lmk!

    Really cool that you've stuck around for so long! As for stuff on the PC, I could suggest the Pokemon Trivia section for some more Pokemon themed forum games.

    Besides ROM hacks, have you tried fan games ? I could suggest some great ones if you want!

    Totally dude, I recently got my hands on a flasher for GBA carts & found a few old repro carts I had bought off the net & they've worked perfect for hacks - You should look into it if you happen to have a gameboy ;D

    This is such a fun question to answer but honestly I would say aside from the nostalgia - I just find it at the peak of Pokemon gaming. This extends to Gen 3 also (I also feel that all generations from gen 4 onward have there perks) But yeah the compatibility with Stadium, The big clunky cartridges, Rivals & areas had a general mystique. Johto & Kanto are easily my favourite regions also but I think this is where nostalgia blends back into the mix because I have so many fond memories of gen 2 as a kid.
