Issue: I can VM banned members.

I only just noticed this, but for some reason, I can VM members who are in the banned usergroup. Is anyone else having this problem?

Also, the option to befriend banned members is there, too.

Yeah, I don't know why this is--but maybe it was when the formatting thing was changed, just letting you guys know that this shouldn't be.

We did make some changes to banned users recently, but this wasn't meant to be one of them. Lemme have a look at this.

Not sure which formatting thingy you're referring to, though. At least, I can't think of anything that might impact banned members.

Hmm, I'm still unable to VM banned users, but I can definitely befriend them. It seems to be a problem with the usergroup you're in.
