I've been laddering with this team for about a week.I've gone probably 14-5,some wins due to luck and some losses due to me making stupid choices.

    Team At A Glance

    Metagross @ Occa Berry
    Adamant
    Clear Body
    252 HP/236 Attack/12 Defense/8 Speed

    Bullet Punch
    Earthquake
    Explosion
    Stealth Rock

This Metagross counters many of the common leads in the game today, proving a 2HKO over lead Aero, preventing him from getting rocks up since most taunt first turn to stop Gross from putting his up. Bullet Punch for STAB and priority over fast threats.Earthquake + Occa Berry takes care of any Heatran lead and when combined with Bullet Punch, takes out any leadape or leadtar I may come across.Explosion for serious damage when I'm low on health or will be taken down low and SR for obviousness.

    Jirachi @ Expert Belt
    Naive
    Serene Grace
    252 Attack/252 Speed/4 Special Attack

    Iron Head
    Fire Punch
    Ice Punch
    Grass Knot

This Jirachi, although not used very often, has been very effective in breaking walls that can cause some problems for this team, without sacrificing my Infernape.
Iron Head for STAB.Fire Punch to take care of Magnezone if he traps me.Ice Punch for Ground Pokemon that think they can come in expecting Jirachi to carry a scarf.Grass Knot fr if a Swampert comes in. Walled seriously by Heatran and Gyara, but my team handles them fine.

    "image removed"
    Infernape @ Life Orb
    Hasty
    Blaze
    64 Attack/192 Speed/252 Special Attack
    Close Combat
    Fire Blast
    HP Ice
    Grass Knot

CC and Fire Blast for Good Coverage and STAB.HP Ice for predicted Ground switch-ins.Grass Knot for predicted bulky Ground or Water[or Ground/Water] switch-ins. Works well at doing his job of breaking walls and can pull off a mini-sweep if his main counters are gone.

    Latias @ Choice Scarf
    Modest
    Levitate
    252 Speed/252 Special Attack/4 HP

    Trick
    Surf
    Draco Meteor
    Thunderbolt

Choice Scarf Latias is a check to some of my biggest weakness:DD Mence and DD Gyara.
If its something I have no reason to be afraid of,Trick gives them a Scarf and I can then counter it or send out a counter for them.Surf for Coverage,TBolt to help cover Gyara,Draco Meteor for epic STAB.

considering Dragon Pulse>TBolt, but I'd need osmething else to help counter Gyara.
This Latias can also switch in on one of its many counters, and perform a mini sweep until its forced out.

    Salamence @ Choice Band
    Adamant
    Intimidate
    252 Attack/252 Speed/4 HP

    Earthquake
    Aqua Tail
    Outrage
    Fire Fang

This is the main member I'm considering changing.

Outrage for high power and STAB.Aqua Tail and Outrage is a great combo,Aqua Tail hits Hippowdon hard and 2HKO's Gliscor, which can be a problem with this set.Fire Fang over Fire Blast because with the Band and full Attack EV's, Fire Fang hits hard enough on what Fire Blast is meant for. Earthquake for things lke Tran,Zone,Gross, etc.

    "image removed"
    Azelf @ Life Orb
    Modest
    Levitate
    252 Special Attack/252 Speed/4 HP

    Nasty Plot
    Flamethrower
    Psychic
    Grass Knot

This is the prime example of something I am NOT looking to change at all.NP Azelf has helped me win so many of the matches I mentioned up top.

Nasty Plot for +2 Special Attack.Flamethrower because with +2 SpA it is plenty strong enough to not need Fire Blast, and is more accurate. With Psychic and the boost, this thing has a chance of a 3HKO on Blissey and 2HKO's all Snorlax's. Grass Knot covers Tar,Waters, and Grounds.

    Conclusion
All in all,I think I've built a good team here, though I may be changing the Salamence set to something else.DD maybe?

    Latias @ Choice Scarf
    Modest
    Levitate
    252 Speed/252 Special Attack/4 HP

    Trick
    Surf
    Draco Meteor
    Thunderbolt

This is bad Pursuit bait, think about switching into Gyarados while it DDs, then it switches to Scizor to take a Thunderbolt, and then it Pursuits Latias. Gyarados then comes back in later, and sweeps you. :[ You can however use the "double switching" strategy, switch Latias in while Gyarados DDs, then switch to Salamence while he switches to Scizor, but it's really risky because the opponent could stay in.

To fix this, you can choose to Scarf Jirachi with Iron Head / ThunderPunch / Ice Punch / Trick or U-turn or Fire Punch, and then change Latias to whatever you would like.

If you do keep this, Timid > Modest so you can outrun +1 Naive / Jolly Salamence.

    Fire Fang

    Good.

Good, but you can try the EV spread of 40 HP / 252 SpA / 216 Speed. That will allow you to outrun Gengar, and anything between 252 and 216 is really rare stuff (unless you want to speed tie with Starmie, Raikou, and enemy Azelf). 40 HP EVs let you survive a Choice Band Scizor's Bullet Punch after Stealth Rock damage (you only need 8 EVs, but the other 32 EVs were leftover). And, use Leftovers so you don't die with Life Orb recoil and Scizor smacking you around.

There is a drop in a power, but you can sweep better with Scizor out of the way.

I didn't find any major weaknesses, but I did see that you don't have anything that can switch into Mamoswine effectively. You can revenge kill it, but it would just switch, and then it will happen all over again. You can fix this by replacing Bronzong with Metagross, or maybe Gyarados over Salamence? Stone Edge does hurt Gyarados even after an Intimidate, but he can switch into majority of Mamoswine's moves (and, you can choose to use Waterfall instead of DD to get rid of it quickly).

    Overall, pretty nice team. (b'-')b

Naive >> Hasty on ape, it can survive 2 scizor bullet punches and Lucario unboosted es better this way, also helps with other priority.

DD Tar weak, it 6-0's you with ease. Try physical mixape with U-Turn/CC/Overheat/Mach Punch @ max att / 64 sp.att / 192 speed.

Timid >> modest on the elf, to beat gengar etc.

Wow, you are massively Raikou weak. Luckily no one uses it lol

Ill come back later to find more weaks etc.

The Latias was originally a choice specs,so I guess I forgot to change its nature ot Modest when I put a scarf on her.I havent had to face a Mamoswine yet, which kind of shocks me,so as of yet, I feel no need to counter a pokemon I am yet to face[faulty logic, but I'll get a counter when I know for 100% I'm weak to it.[when I actually face one.]

Switched Jirachi to the set you suggested and switched Latias to the Offensive Calm mind set.

Changed ape to the mixape set and fixed azelf's nature.

please, come back and point out any and all weaknesses you see that people currently use.

Timid >>> Modest on Latias please, you lose power but honestly outrunning stuff like Naive DDMence is much more useful.

Consider Lum Berry on Metagross. I have found it very helpful against Roserade/Smeragle leads who you'll otherwise lose to or switch out and let something get slept and in general it is useful for shrugging off status.

Agiligross gives you some problems. Jirachi is OHKO'ed by EQ, same with Ape and Metagross(takes about 75%~) survives but since he's a lead usually he'll have taken some damage. Mence and Azelf both fall to Meteor Mash. Sure you can outspeed with Latias but Surf is nowhere near a KO(a 3HKO with SR) and while you can trick a Scarf onto it that leaves you vulnerable to stuff like DDMence and DDGyara as well as RPRhyperior. Also Latias could've been Pursuited by something, namely Ttar and Scizor.

Perhaps turning Latias into CMLatias and Scarfing Jirachi could work. This would solve your Ttar weak as Iron Head does heaps to it and it still provide you with something to check DDMence and DDGyara.

    Jirachi @ Choice Scarf
    Nature : Jolly
    EV : 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
    - Ice Punch
    - Thunderpunch / Fire Punch
    - Iron Head
    - Trick / Fire Punch

Overall it looks fairly decent, have fun with this team =)

    405 Atk vs 196 Def & 364 HP (100 Base Power): 384 - 454 (105.49% - 124.73%)

It actually OHKOs with Life Orb. :x
