I desperately need help understanding what card this is and what it's worth :0

So I need help knowing what this pokemon card is... I have had it for years and can not for the life of me discern it's origin, worth or rarity.
I always like the little guy so I stuck him in my plastic cases and left him. It's now 20 years down the line and he's still in there being good as gold and he has no others I can find on the entire Internet! Someone with more pokeknowledge please help me out! 😢😢

I've... never seen that before. What does that text up by the PokeBall say? I mean the stuff that runs along the top of the card.

It's Carddass... I've seen others from other sets but there is literally no trace of this little guy. Thanks for getting back to me by the way :D xx

That's what I thought it said.

I can't find any Cardass Pikachu cards that look like that one when looking around anywhere, though... not sure if it's a legitimate card that's just rare-ish and not for sale right now or if it's a counterfeit. Leaning toward the latter because that does not resemble the only Carddass Pikachu card without official art that I'm seeing in my searches: this one.

I can tell you it's from the 1998 Series 1 set but that's about it I'm afraid. Haven't seen one like this, they're usually from the anime so don't know where this artwork is from
