4th Gen I guess being cocky always leads to a loss?

    Alright, so i am at the ice gym. The whole time ive been thinking to myself, she doesn't have a chance. I have a level 42 gallade with swords dance AND drain punch, theres no way he wont be able to beat 2 or 3 ice types right? wrong.

    my first problem: her first pokemon (sneasel) has aerial ace, super effective to my gallade and forced me to sacrifice my HM slave to heal him. luckily, at the expense of my slave, gallade got to use swords dance once so i was set.

    my second problem: WHAT THE HELL IS A FROSLASS?! seriously!? a ghost ice type!? i just snickered to myself when i saw this, what the hell was that thing gonna do? then i stared in disbelief. Drain Punch does not effect foe froslass.... WHAT?! I... ice ghost? seriously? idk... i was forced to kill it with my empoleon (who knows shadow claw and has a spell tag... why? i dont know.)

    my third and final problem... abomasnow? really? i assume its the second (or third) form of that snover pokemon i saw on the way here. i severely underestimated it. it put my full hp gallade to 20 hp with an attack that wasnt a critical OR super effective. luckily the drain punch + psycho cut combo took it out.

    so yea... my prides pretty much smashed at this point. true i didnt even need my rotom or eevee, but after all that trash i was thinkin i got my tail whipped.

    have any of you ever thought you had a fight in the bag, and it turned out horribly wrong?
     
    Yes, also in the 7th gym, I didn't expect Froslass to have Double Team.>.<

    LOL, this brings back fun memories. My friend didn't know of Froslass' Ice/Ghost typing, so made his Infernape use Close Combat. I laughed as he stared in disbelief at the words "It doesen't affect the foe's Froslass"

    After that, the Froslass just spammed Double Team as he was helplessly trying to hit it with Flame Wheel. XD
     
    Lol. U got pwnd guys. I coasted through the 7th Gym, coz i had my own Froslass (coolest poke out of the 4th Gen.)

    But, i actually got pwnd by the Galactic Commanders on Mount Coronet in Diamond (not Cyrus, he's retarded).I had to keep healing my Lv.45 Munchlax while my rival struggled through.
     
    it was here frostlass at 30 hp and my yanmega at 19 i just went plz let yanmega go first plz yet yanmega go first and she used a potion i wasl ike noo. But shaodw ball got a nice cirt :D
     
    Damn, it sounds like I should replace my Haunter with a Frosslass.
     
    i dont remember... does pearl have a frosslass in her gym... now im a afraid of it O.O can my rapidash and typhlosion handle it? D:

    Dude, frosslass is only ever available in platinum. You will have to trade to get one.

    And no, i just battled her and in both D/P, she doesn't have one

    Yes you can, use pokeradar at lake acuity, catch a female snorunt and level it up, POW! You get a froslass :D
