I usually never fail at catching a pokemon. Most of the times that I fail is when I run out of pokeballs. Other times, its because I get too frusterated lol.

It's been the same way since Chansey in R/B. I have a love/hate relationship with that place. I don't even try to go for super rare stuff like Lucky Egg Chansey or Light Ball Pikachu. As for Drapion... I just caught Skorupi and evolved it XD

It's just a matter of luck-it's like a chansey in FR/LG...
And, yes...I had to try 8th time to catch one...You just need be patient.

With Chansey/Kanghaskan, many times. I don't really play Pearl that much, however. Drapion sucks compared to Skorupi, anyway. =D

I remeber spending 2-3 hours trying to get a paras then giving up and moving to a different section, first ball at different section and I caught it. I couldn't believe I was so retarded lol
