I've never seen anybody with cancer, or met anybody, but I know how horrible it is... Poke'boy, I really wish you the best of luck....you can never make it through anything with out help frm your peers. I'm sure everybody here, Paris included, wishes you the best luck ever possible. You'll make it through...I know it.
 
The main reason I started this thread was because I wanted to share what I am going through with people that I know have something in common with me, (We all love pokemon!)

Hey man, just here to let you know you've got my support. My brother has a loooong medical history, so I know the in's and out's of hospitals and medical care and all that pretty well. If you ever want to chat just drop me a line, alright? I'll be praying for you.

Honestly, people, treat others how you would want to be treated. If you had cancer, I don't think you would want people posting in your thread calling you a liar and making lame jokes such as "barrel rolling", would you? I know I wouldn't, I and I don't think Poke'boy does either.
 
Bloody hell. Poke boy must be feeling real bad posting this for support and getting a lot of abuse.

Let me ask, have any of you had cancer, have any of you been so sick for 2 months you forgot about pc

Pokeboy sais he is off school for a year, who the hell else is he ment to talk to

he turned to pc for support but instead got a couple of cold blooded people saying he's a lyer

grow the hell up foke...


any way pokeboy< keep us up to date on whats happening and i wish you all the best of luck.

p.s most of the people who posted saying thing other than support havent really posted back
they know there in the wrong but didnt even apoligise...
 
Guyz. He's going to learn sooner or later that the interwebz is a harsh place and isn't always the best place to look for support when you claim to have some disease. Flamers are just teaching him one of the most valuable lessons in life.

This isn't 4chan or some other site where it's looked up upon to be a general jerk, it's a forum that's generally friendly and trusting.
 
Sigh.... I wish you the best of luck Poke' Boy. Just ignore those heartless and insensitive posters, you'll get through this you've come this far so don't lose your faith. I have hope and so do many others here.
 
I hope you can recover quickly pokeboy. I know too many people who have ad to battle cancer and they've told me how horrible it is. I've been lucky enough to have escaped it so I can't give any advice other than to keep your spirits up and push through the troubles. Good Luck I know you can get through this.
 
When i read his topic, i was shocked at how Paris Hilton, Blahman and Ninja Tree reacted. I thought PC was suppoused to be a friendly, supportive community. When i saw those replies, PC didnt seem like PC. I wish you the best of luck, poke'boy, I had an uncle who died of cancer, and I was in shock for days. I didnt get it at all, but now i do. And when i saw those mean posts, i thought, WTF? Anyway, best of luck on your cancer journey.
