I have returned after 4 years

Hello PokéCommunity! I'm sure a bunch of your forgot me, since it's been a really long time since I was into the Pokémon scene. A lot has changed since my last visit in April or August, 2012. Later on that year, I took up the side interest of being an anime/manga artist, and over the years became well-known on deviantART under the name, TempestVortex. While I like other anime and manga, such as Dragon Ball, Yu Yu Hakusho, Gurren Lagann and so on, the spirit of Pokémon is still strong in me.

As for my YouTube channel, I changed my name to TempestMask1000 to be able to keep a part of my former name, while also connecting it to my dA name. I've posted stuff here and there over the years, but not too much overall. What I have done however, is recently started a Nuzlocke challenge for the popular mod game, Pokémon Ruby Destiny: Reign of Legends. Part 2 was posted last night, so feel free to check out what I got so far.

Another thing I'd like to point out is that I'm a sophomore in college, and really am enjoying my time there. We got a Pokémon Club, so yeah, there's that. I also seem to like to Shiny Hunt on the side. Haven't done that for YouTube though, just to let you all know. First successful shiny was a Nidoran (Male), which I'm proud to have found in Pokémon Y.

Last but not least, I'm going to try and bring back my modding skills, and try to see if I can make a hack game for the fun of it, which I will call Pokémon Fire Red 2. It'll sort of capture the spirit of Black 2 and White 2, and be like a sequel to what was originally in Fire Red. While I can't assure you that I'll be able to add in every new Pokémon into the game, I will at least start off by adding in Fairy Types and changing the teams of the Gym Leaders before I get into the big stuff.

So yeah, it feels neat to be back here, and I hope to talk to y'all later!

Hi Mask! It's been ages.. I hardly remember you, but it's great you're around again. ^^

Nuzlockes are a lot of fun. I've been wanting to nuzlocke X while waiting for Sun & Moon but brother recently got into Pokémon so I ended up giving him my game instead. ROM hacks are very fun also and there are waaaay too many to catch up with for me agh lol.

Good luck modding and working on your projects! I'm sure you'll get something awesome posted at some point, always a lot of tools to make use of here. =p See you!

I just finished adding in the Fairy Type into the game, so that's a good start if any. Now I just wanna see if I can add in more moves and whatnot so that I can bring in the offensive Fairy Type moves. The only ones that technically are in the game as of now are Charm, Sweet Kiss and Moonlight. lol

Hello! Ah, I'm afraid we haven't met before... shame on me on not getting the chance to know more wonderful people.

But, today is a good start! It's a pleasure to meet you! I really love Dragon Ball and Yu Yu Hakusho myself. I've been dying to watch Dragon Ball Super's latest episode today, so, later on I shall! But it's great that you're still as big of a Pokemon fan as the rest of us!
