I've tried to make a sprite shop but it didn't work. No one even looked at it. Does anyone have any advice?

Actually someone just did. And people aren't going to reply to your thread instantously so don't assume it was overlooked with just that. On top of that your topic was at the top of the page even before it was posted in by another person so it's not like it was overlooked it's that Pixel Art hasn't seen much action today. Again if a topic isn't responded to instantly does not mean it's overlooked.

I believe you may need to get 10 posts or more before being allowed to post images on here first.

A sprite shop does do much better with images, I would recommend posting around in places other than your shop and getting 15 (shouldn't take you more than a day or two if you put any effort into it), and then add examples, a list of things you can do (fusions, recolors, scratch, animated, etc.), and things such as that.
In addition, your shop belongs in the Pixel Projects section, not the one it's in now. Reading the rules of a section you're posting in is always a good place to start.

Next time when you have questions about the forums & stuff, you can visit the PokeCommunity Questions & Feedback section and make a thread there...or you can post in this thread if it's a simple question.
Though I would have moved this to CQ&F, but since it has been answered already, there's no need. Don't forget that there's also staff members in bold colors (like Kenshin and Toujours, as well as myself for example) that are willing to assist you with any questions you may have forum-wise. PMs are welcome. :)
