Hello my name is Ryunokami and I'm new to this site.

I've been trying to download some tools to hack the GBA roms I have but for some reason it isn't working.

I do have the programs to remake the whole games but I rather not if I can. If any one here can point me to where I can get the hack tools I would really be grateful.

Here are a few tool links:

Those should be enough to get you started =)

I'm having issues with the last three.

What kind of issues? XSE will run on the first try, but if you close it and reopen it, it will freeze up and then crash. It will do this each time you open it until it suddenly stops. I advise you keep XSE open if you are doing mass text editing (This problem is on Windows 10, not sure of 7 and 8)

Hopeless Trainer Editor may require a certain dll. Google the dll the error message gives, and then either place it in the system32 (32 bit windows) or sysWOW64 (64 bit windows) folder. I do not remember the command prompt code to register it though.

G3T now seems to be picky with what roms work with it. If you have a DS flash cart capable of ripping roms from actual GBA cartridges, then do that and use those as your base (or whichever one you're hacking).

    Hope this helps.

At the bottom of G3T's page you'll see "Attached Files" - just click G3T 2.9.1.rar‎ and your download should start.
Hopeless Trainer Editor - click on the link under the "Downloads" heading. You'll be taken to a GitHub page. The one you want is HTE.v1.0.zip.
XSE - also a GitHub page. Click "1 release" which will take you to the releases section then click Unofficial_XSE.zip.
