I wish I was born and raised there...

For a really long time, I would have said no way. But after getting hooked on anime, I've gained an appreciation for modern Japanese culture and I think it would have been interesting to have been raised there.
 
I would have loved to be born and raised in Paris or Rome. I have always loved them both (even though I have never been to either of those places) for some unknown reason.
 
I was born in Mexico. So yeah, I wish I was born here in the US, because I spent 98% of my life in American soil. Another country would be Italy...I just love to have Italian as one of my languages :D
 
I don't wish I was born in another country, per se (I love being Canadian wayyy too much for that), but I do wish I'd been born in another city and province - Montreal, Quebec. It's such a beautiful city and since it's pretty bilingual, I think my French would have been a lot better had I been born there instead.
 
Not. At. All.

I like having grown up speaking English. For a while I sort of wished I'd been born Japanese because I was a huge weeaboo and loved anime but... that died almost immediately when I realized how ridiculous their school system sounds and started learning kanji for myself. And otherwise, the only places I'd really consider wanting to live are the UK or the US. The former... idk, it's just never appealed to me, and the latter? My family would be broke if we didn't have health insurance and lived in the states. <_< Plus I dislike how conservative (comparatively) it is.

All in all, I love Canada. Always have, always will, and I just can't see myself living anywhere else.
 
I'm not overly patriotic and I love the thought of adventure and going new places that are different, so I certainly wouldn't object to being born elsewhere. If I had to choose, then above all I'd choose to be born in England. I love the idea of thinking of myself as British. Besides that though, the art, culture and beauty of the country itself has always fascinated me the most and even if I wasn't born there, I'd still love to live there even if for just a period of time.

I'm perfectly happy to have been born and raised here in England, we have tea, scones and call it football not soccer.

If I was to choose somewhere else I'd love to have lived in Gothenburg, Sweden. Not sure why i've always liked that city.

I actually love where I live. Even though the weather is cold and more rainy than sunny, even in the summer, it's just my home. I know it's not perfect, but The Netherlands is very stable and has a good mentality imo, and it is viewed as a very neutral and reliable country, I think this is a great country, and I like Europe as well.

Lol I hope I didn't sound too .. patriotic? Anyway, I'm very satisfied with where I live, even though it's not perfect!
 
New York City or London are the two places I want to live, mostly NY. I'm kinda sick of suburban areas and the heat in Sydney, so a less sunny and more populated place with cooler things to see when you wake up would be much more enjoyable.
 
Lol, I knew a bunch of people would say Japan.

For me, I sometimes wish I was born in Europe. But America is the land of opportunity... I definitely appreciate that my mom moved out of Africa before I was born. I would not like to have been born there. D:
