Ichigo and Mint

Here's my latest drawing; it's of Ichigo Momomiya and Mint Aizawa from Tokyo Mew Mew! ^_^ It took me a while to draw this, and I think it turned out nicely. I finally managed to draw the characters the same size, lol. I tend to make one bigger than the other in most pictures. And also, it does look better in real life. The scanner messed up some of the coloring.

Well, anyways, I'd like to hear people's opinions now~

It's so cute!! You really are a good artist. Hope I can see more nice drawings.

Aww! It's so cute! *Wants Ichigo's shirt* Winged strawberry ;_;
I like how you did the hair. =3

Hey Kayliegh? Mind a little... Criticism? And praises of course. But there are a few flaws... Mint's cheek is a little unproportioned, how it juts out a tiny bit father than required. The proportions on both torsos are pretty good though. The winged strawberry (CUTE!) on Ichigo's jumper doesn't really follow the bend of her dress, whose neckline doesn't follow the one parellel to it. Sorry for all the critisism, but overall it's a really nice quality picture! I like it!

Always a fan,
Blaine

Please don't be too angry with all my remarks! -begs-

AAWWW KAwaii. I loves tokoyo mew mew. I loves your picture so cute! ^_^

That's amazing Kayleigh! (And really cute too! Hehe) I'm still baffled at how you get the hair to look that way. I'm not good enough of an artist to do anything like that. It's hard enough for me to get their heads the right shape!
Sweet, cute, great! Nice pic Kayleigh!

Thanks everyone! ^_^ I'm glad you all like it.

Lol, it's okay. I know I messed up on Mint a bit... @_@; She was hard to draw, especially her hair. Those comments will help me in the future though, so thanks!

kayleigh if i were you i'd work on the preportions that all that your having trouble with.

I thought Mint was called Minto in the Japanese version. XD Tokyo Mew Mew... I adore it... I have the manga in Taiwan... ;-; *sob bob bob* Anyways, I'm off topic. o.o; Ichigo looks fantastic! She looks wonderful! XD But Minto's... Well, Her eyes look very different from the anime or manga (They look too big.) If you look closely, you'll find that Minto's eyes are actually a bit slanted and narrow. (More "Asian" I guess. =P) And I adore your was of shading the hair! You just have to teach me some day~ ;-; Other than that, it's perfect! Sugoi desu! Fai tsuan hao~! =P

Yeah, I know. x_x; It's so hard, especially the shape of the face.

I know, I messed up Mint a lot. ^_^; But thank you for the tips and the compliments!

you dident really mess up that munch just keep some of the head/arm sizes in check and you'll be really good.

Wow the artwork looks great! Except what they said about Minto, but she's not too bad at all =)
btw, I just devised a new way to draw characters. I was thinking: Usually manga artwork has to be reversed when they are translated to English.
So if your art paper is thin enough, you can compared the artwork from the reverse side. A mirror might help too.

anime i suppose...nvr heard of tokyo mew mew...oh well...
i guess its ok...some flaws...but its ok...

Very good picture. The blue girl (Mint?) has a bit of a weird face shape, but it is no matter.
